Kristine Kiff

I am a clinical nurse specialist in mechanical circulatory support, commonly known as a VAD nurse. I have been at Harefield since 2005 and have seen Mechanical Circulatory Support change hugely over that time.

I love my job as these patients always keep you on your toes and make every day different. I get to know my patients really well over the time we treat them, often for many years, I love hearing about their lives and what they get up to. It helps me realise how much life the LVAD gives them back.
