Publication of Impella algorithm in British Journal of Cardiology

We have published our emergency Impella algorithm and supporting evidence in the British Journal of Cardiology. This algorithm is designed to guide first responders to emergencies in patients on Impella support. We developed this algorithm through iterative simulation and clinical testing to find the quickest interventions that can be placed in the first few minutes of deterioration to increase chance of patient survival.
