The MLS team won high commendation in the deteriorating patients and rapid response initiative of the year at the HSJ Patient Safety Awards 2022 in Manchester. The judges were impressed the quality of the work being carried out at Harefield Hospital to improve safety for patients admitted on mechanical circulatory support.
